Please read these terms carefully before using the vid65 platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.

Introduction

Welcome to vid65

vid65 (also referred to as the "platform", "website", or "we") is a trusted online betting and casino service provider in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the vid65 website and application.

By registering an account on vid65 or using the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the service.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version is the final authoritative text. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali text shall apply.

This document is a legally binding agreement. By starting to use vid65 services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

1 Eligibility Requirements

To use vid65 services, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
  • You must operate your account in your own name and of your own free will.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
  • Each person may operate one account only.
  • Using the platform for any form of fraud or money laundering is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Security

The information you provide when opening an account on vid65 must be accurate. If you register with false information, vid65 reserves the right to cancel the account at any time.

  • Keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
  • Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify support immediately.
  • vid65 will never ask for your password by email or chat.

Full responsibility for any failure to protect account security lies with the user concerned. vid65 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access unless it is proven that the fault arose from a technical failure on vid65's part.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Only approved mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — may be used to complete payments on vid65. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

  • Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
  • Typical withdrawal time: within 5–30 minutes.
  • The deposit and withdrawal accounts must be in the same name.
  • Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

vid65 reserves the right to verify any transaction. Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended in the case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

All funds are managed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Bonus & Wagering Requirements

4 Welcome Bonus

New members at vid65 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

To withdraw bonus winnings, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

  • The bonus applies once only — one welcome bonus per account.
  • Bets with a bonus may only be placed on approved games — the specific game list will be available on the promotions page.
  • vid65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
  • If bonus terms are breached or abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled.
  • If multiple accounts are opened to claim bonuses, all accounts will be closed.

4.1 VIP & Cashback Benefits

vid65 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback percentage differs at each tier:

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on consistent play and activity. vid65 may change the VIP program rules at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5 Sports Betting Rules

Betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports is available on vid65. Some important betting rules:

  • Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless vid65 cancels it for technical reasons.
  • If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to vid65's own rules.
  • Attempting to gain an advantage by placing opposing bets on the same event ("arbitrage") is prohibited.
  • Any bet linked to match-fixing or corruption will be cancelled and the associated account will be closed.
  • vid65 reserves the right to withhold payouts and investigate suspicious betting patterns.

6 Casino & Slot Gaming Rules

Slots, live casino, fishing games, and many more games are available on vid65. Gaming rules:

  • Each game has its own rules — refer to the rules page within the game.
  • Exploiting any error or bug in the game software to gain an advantage is prohibited.
  • vid65 may cancel payouts that result from technical malfunctions.
  • Using automated software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited.
  • The individual terms of all game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft — also apply.

Prohibited Activities

7 What Is Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vid65 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation, fund forfeiture, and legal action:

  • Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
  • Claiming bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
  • Hacking, phishing, or any other cyber criminal activity.
  • Opening an account for a minor or helping a minor to play.
  • Falsely representing yourself using the vid65 name or logo.
  • Harassing or attempting to harm other users.

  • Loss resulting from unauthorized account access where user negligence was a factor.

Account Closure & Changes to Terms

11 Account Closure Rules

Users may request to close their account at any time. Before submitting the request, all pending bets should be settled and available funds withdrawn.

vid65 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms.
  • Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
  • Extended period of account inactivity.
  • Legal or regulatory reasons.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, vid65 reserves the right to forfeit the balance. In the case of a normal account closure, eligible funds will be returned.

12 Right to Modify Terms

vid65 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

If you continue using vid65 after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly. For significant changes, we will try to send a notification to your registered email, but this is not guaranteed.
